STOP all Mileage Claim payments at the Higher Rate 44.7 p per mile and pay ONLY the LOWER Rate Approx 22.4 p per mile. This would release MILLIONS of Pounds that would be more than enough to keep ALL the Public Library Services " Open as Usual", the surplus could then be diverted into other Essential Services. e.g. Keep A&E Departments OPEN.
