Working for Westminster council. In charge of all income for lessee services. It is a struggle for all members of staff due to the fact that there are no cost of living increased in the wage. The economy demands more. Staff have been demanded more. As a local Governent agency, we are being penalised as Westminster city Council has out sourced their housing management. Either way, how can the Goverment continue increases in all aspects of life without giving Goverment employees 'AT LEAST A COST OF LIVING INCREASE! .
