Closed Cancelled bike mod two tests (pre 19/01/2013) due to weather

Due to inclement weather for the 2 weeks prior to 19th January 2013 1000's of bike tests were cancelled by the DSA.
This e-petition is requesting that all students that had their standard bike mod two test cancelled by the DSA be allowed to take that same test and not be forced into the new staged access format.
January is a ridulous time to change the rules to motorcycling in the UK and should never have been agreed.
