David Cameron has said that he will put forward a referendum of membership of the EU by 2017 but the General Election will be 2 years before and there is no way he can guarantee a win in the election never alone win a party majority. We, the people of Great Britain want the government to put forward a referendum to the people between now and the General Election asking whether we should be a member of the EU.
