national service for all 16 to 21 yrs old , this would reduce the jobless, teach dicipline to the young, reduce gangs and groups of young hanging around on street corners, the dss bill will go down with this given more money for the treasury to use ..many many benefits for the country as a whole and bring back national pride thankyou
