Closed European Union referendum before the next general election

On the 23/01/2013 the Prime Minister has stated that if he is elected in 2015 he will hold an IN-OUT referendum by 2017. Why wait until after the election to hold a referendum on such an important matter? Please sign this petition if you want a referendum before the 2015 general election.
