Closed Save 40,000 jobs! The government must reinstate cert certificate until Green Deal/ECO is operative.

We require the government to reinstate the CERT (Free cavity wall and loft insulation for all house holds) until the Green Deal/ECO is operational instead of putting 40,000 people out of work, and destabilising the growth away from recession. The solution the government must Force the energy companies to meet there obligation as We the consumer pay aproximately 5%of our energy bills to fund environmental issues.
