We read, daily, that huge compensation payments have been ordered against taxpayer funded organisations but the details are kept secret behind a gagging order. The taxpayer MUST have the legal right to know what taxpayer pounds are being spent on and such gagging orders where taxpayer pounds are being handed over MUST be make illegal. If they want to keep the details of compensation payments secret then they MUST be funded by the indivduals who committed the crime which caused the compensation order.
