Closed Delayed Maternity Leave: Mothers of Neonatal babies

After having 2 premature babies, I spent 11 of my 18 weeks in neonatal watching my babies fight for their life, maternity leave should be to bond and that doesnt happen until your home. So whether it's 3 weeks or 6 months, maternity leave should be delayed with a to view to helping helping families with other financial help until that baby is discharged. Then the binding can begin and mother can have what she is entitled to and what the baby needs.
