'Do not privatise the Probation Service'

Many offenders will be supported to make the necessary changes in their lives, and the 'results' will be overt. Privatisation of a service can produce results through performance related funding. Which will give businesses incentives to make profits through moral results.

Low to medium risk offenders can turn into high risk offenders overnight. People working with offenders should be well trained and skilled professionals, which will be provided through this.
