Rejected petition One Pound Fish Man for Chancellor

Now it turns out that the One Pound Fish Man has not been deported, and that he only returned home to get a visa for France, to perform there, he should replace George Osborne as the UK Chancellor. He would clearly be excellent at promoting UK produce at home and abroad.
George Osborne should resign, Muhammad Shahid Nazir should be given UK nationality, made a Lord and promoted to the role of Chancellor.
