With the Budget on 20th March 2013 it is an ideal opportunity for the Chancellor to reintroduce the stamp duty holiday for first time buyers (FTBs).

This Government pledged when it came into power to waive stamp duty for FTBs buying a property under £250k, so come on George be true to your word!

The cost of buying a property for the average FTB is increasing difficult and the additional up front expense of stamp duty makes it all the more challenging!
