due to the vast profits made by energy companies. an annual windfall tax should be imposed by the appropriate govt. dept. and all monies collected should be used to reduce fuel revenue. this will have the effect of reducing transport cost to delivery companies and individuals needing to commute. the knock on effect would see the creation of jobs due to the effect of companies having more money to spend on expansion.
