Closed Make Police Officers/Forces take responsibility for civilian deaths from Police chases

Given the deaths of a 13 year old girl in London and a Couple in Bristol (amongst others) as a result of Police car chase change the law so that the Police Officers concerned will be charged, as a matter of legal course. with the same offenses as those in the chased car (if that caused the deaths, as in Bristol) or for their own actions (police car hit and caused death(s).
Additionally any officer causing such as the Hayley Adamson & Justyna Stanczak incidents to be instantly struck off the Force and charged with the same crime as a member of the public would be under the same circumstances.
