Rejected petition posthumous QPM for the late Paul McKeever

On the 17th January 2013 Paul McKeever, Chairman of the Police Federation of England and Wales suddenly passed away from a suspected embolism. Paul had given 35yrs of his life to Policing and was passionate in defence of the Service and those who work in the Service. I now call upon the Government to award the QPM to Paul McKeever posthumoustly and I f nessecary change the rules affecting this.
