The people of Britain require that a referendum is held by no later than 31/October/2013 on withdrawing Britain from the European Union.

In the meantime we require that the right for Bulgarian and Romanian nationals to migrate to Britain is postponed until after a referendum is held and blocked completely if Britain votes to withdraw from the EU.
