Cyclists must respect the rules of the road which should be more enforced such as not riding on a pavement, reconstitution of cycling proficiency to enable you to ride on the road, if you feel You are not competent to ride on the road you should not ride at all. Compulsory rear view mirrors for cyclists as most have no special awareness and move erratically on the road causing congestion and sometimes accidents.
