George Osbourne is not an effective Chancellor. His policies are causing the population significant financial hardship, preventing UK growth. His tax policies are a big factor, but he is not taking swift and decisive action to ease the financial burden.

Mr Cameron, if you want Britain to come out of recession, change your Chancellor for someone who DOES care about the economy, not just the Government's own coffers.
