Are MP's of all political persuasion fit for purpose given their past history, Cash for Questions, Expenses Scandal and Tuesday 29 Jan 2013 vote against equaliizing constituencies size irrespective of the number of constituencies needed (another vote) (fairness).

Should prospective MP's and those sitting be required to sit an entrance examination / qualification as to their individual suitability prior to being selected, re-selected.
