Petition St. Albans Hospital - Car Parking Charges

I have created this petition, to stand against the new charges being placed at St.Albans City Hospital, which include charges for disabled spaces.

The hospital states this is to create 'fairness and equality' for everybody, but why not make it FREE for everyone, rather than the profit making option of charging everyone.

Please sign if you agree that it SHOULD be fair and equal for everyone, and that the hospital should make a stand and make it free for everyone to park. After all, nobody asks to visit a hospital.
