Make UWSP the official government body for serious Universe-wide street photography.

The Universe-wide Street Photography department will monitor the large levels of jokers not taking street photography seriously (particularly those on HCSP) universe-wide. We would have universe-wide powers to punish anyone who goes against the power of HDR hipshooting and doesn't take this serious activity seriously.
