Rejected petition All Foreign Visitors/Tourists To Medical Insurance

As is the case for UK citizen to travel to other countries with adequate medical so it should be for all visitors/tourists to the UK.

This will plug a hole in the system whereby many visit the UK to receive free medical treatment.

If it is possible for places like the USA, then it should equally be possible for the UK to insist the same.

I include all EEC members too, as I have had to pay the same countries that require me to be insured.
