Petition STOP THE CSA TAKING CHILD TAX CREDITS AWAY FROM THE NON RESIDENTS PARENTS HOUSEHOLD

All who sign this petition, feel its un fare and unjustified that the csa when working out the amount of maintenance the NRP has to pay take into account their currant partners children s tax credits.

just the NRP income should be calculated when working out maintenance, not the NRP partners childs tax credits

why should a woman have to give up some of her child's tax credits that she relies on for her child to be forced against her will to give to her partners ex whom already has there own child tax credits this system is so very wrong on every level.

SAY NO TO CSA TAKING CHILD TAX CREDITS AWAY FROM THE NON RESIDENTS PARENTS HOUSEHOLD TO AID ANOTHER!!!
