The signatories of this petition believe that the House of Lords should be reformed through the replacement of the current members of the Chamber with members drawn by lot from all citizens of the United Kingdom, along the lines of allotment of Jury service. The length of service and other relevant matters pertaining to the new arrangement for the House of Lords is to be drawn up by a Royal Commission.
