Closed petition Compulsory neutering for domestic pets
Closed on
Animal rescue centres are overwhelmed by the vast amount of stray, neglected and unwanted pets. The problem is getting worse every year. We propose that the government act now in making neutering for domestic animals compulsory to deal with the strain being put on charitable organisations and to stop animals from unnecessary suffering.
