I would like the goverment to create a body to enforce the law on holiday entitlement which
currently unscrupulous employers ignore.The current situation is you have put in for an industrial tribunal which is stressful especially in the current economic climate who wants to upset their employer.Also as from April 2013 you will have to pay £300 fee for a tribunal just as another obstacle to obtain your legal entitlement..As the government is keen to reduce on unnecessary industrial tribunals I sure they would welcome this measure
