Increase the National Speed Limit by 5mph on Motorways & Dual Carriageways in order to raise the point of prosecution (79mph) to the level that existed prior to the introduction of speed cameras (85mph).

The reduction brought about by the introduction of speed cameras serves no useful purpose and should be reversed. This will allow drivers to travel at the optimum safe speed (85th percentile) without fear of prosecution.
