Rejected petition Death Penalty For Crimes Including Children e.g Murder, Abuse etc.

All crimes towards children such as Murder, Sexual Assault and Serious Neglect. we forget these people will go inside for as little as 6months to 1 year and we pay to feed cloth and give them somewhere to sleep then they are released and look for there next victim it sickens me. I would like to add that I would also like to see higher sentences for neglect and mistreating of children. Baby P's mother, her partner and his brother should all be put to death.
