I would like all newspaper shop or papers who send out our kids on there bicycles to supply them with the required Personal Protective Equipment which would be lights if at night and a reflective helmet before we see one killed or injured in an accident.
A teenager is not always a responsible person and cannot be held accountable for his actions on the road in the courts so I think that the newspaper shops should be stepping up to the mark and taking responsibility for them and ensuring that they wear the PPE to do a fairly dangerous job.
