Closed Inquiry into Healthcare Regulation failures

There has been a succession of failures by the Care Quality Commission, General Medical Council and Paliamentary Health Ombudsman to name but a few.

The regulatory system for healthcare has been acknowledged in the Francis report as having failed to protect patients at Mid Staffordshire and other part of the country.

This petition demands a judge lead inquiry into how the entire Healthcare Regulatory system that is failing so appallingly.
