Rejected petition Car Decibel limits too low

Ok so the law states the db limit as per the European law is 86 db well that's great except there is loads of people driving cars that will NEVER comply to this limit ...that are not dangerous and 100% legal ....example the Audi R8 when you test drive one you are given earplugs ...TVR's...let alone the Japanese Grey Import cars and the American mussel cars that are imported into the country with aftermarket exhausts already on them due to performance issues with smaller ect.... should be set to a more realistic level as most motorcycles and petrol lawn mowers are louder than the average performance vehicle .
