I have noticed all the rejected petitions are against capital punishment for crimes committed against children are they worried that they might get a bigger reception against this than bringing back just capital punishment? Let people say their views. Children are the future they are the ones that pay tax's in the future so they are as important to the British Government than they are to the Citizens of Britain.
