When an individual or group successfully sues an organisation and the Court awards compensation and costs, it should not be the responsibility of the claimant to ensure payment is made. After judgement, those financially resposible should lodge with the Court the amount awarded prior to leaving court or be in contempt. After any Appeal within 14 days that is unsuccessful, the Courts will pay the monies to the claimants in full.
