Petition stop doctors working straight 24 hour shifts

I want to propose that doctors...are no longer forced to work 24 hour shifts anymore it is so dangerous when thier jobs are saving peoples and childrens lives....
I want the doctors shifts to be 10 hours on with 10 hour breaks....
surely this would save lives...and ..money as less people would sue the nhs which seems to be on the increase
