When a bus turns up more than 10 minutes late, the fare should not have to be paid by anyone using the bus.
If the bus turns up at one stop on time but then at another 10 minutes or more over the said time, then the fare should not have to be paid by those at the second stop.
This applies to any bus which costs anywhere
