'You get what you pay for', It would be cost effective for the taxpayer and in all of our interests to fill the commons with the ‘best’ people that money can buy. We would be much more competitive with the ‘Richard Branson’s’ and ‘Alan Sugar’s’ directing policy and using their influence/contacts. For example pay each MP £2.5M+ per year, scrap expenses, and introduce percentage based bonus on project delivery, manifesto targets and increases in publics standard of living.

I know that many people will reject the idea for ideological reasons but the ‘cold hard fact’ is that it would have a high probability of being much more cost effective that the current system.
