1/ Stop banks from charging exorbitant Apr rates for customer loans.

am homeowner, no morgage, full employed, been with TSB over 30 yrs, asked for a £3000 loan they quoted an APR of 25.3% for this..
We bailed out the banks and we are suffering for it, yet when we ask for a loan they stick it to us!
