At present Water Companies have a monopoly over large swathes of the Country without the worry of competition. They are companies that have shareholders and as such want to make money for their shareholders, however, when you have a captive audience you can charge the maximum you are allowed for your product and no one can undercut you and take your businsss.

I want the water provision market place to stop being a postcode lottery of provision, to be a full and open market place of proivders I can choose from.
