Asking the High Court to grant a prohibitory injunction against the CEO of the NHS, Sir David Nicholson KCB CBE to get the court to stop the use of the LCP as it is a violation of a family's rights under Article 8 of the EU convention on human rights as the intervention of the LCP does not respect family values.
