To bring the UK in line with the principles and values of the European Convention on Human Rights and of the ICCPR; to repeal UK's archaic reservations regarding the ECHR and its protocols (Article 2(1) of the Fourth Protocol in particular); to repeal UK's dated reservations to Article 12(4) of the ICCPR; to abolish the residual classes of British nationality and to merge them into that of (full) British citizenship; to accord all British nationals with the EU citizen status; and to confer the same citizenship, civil and political rights to all British nationals and that all these rights shall be statutorily protected and respected.
