This 'woman' can be seen shaking this newborn baby around like a ragdoll in the most horrific way. She laughs as she does it. Please help to identify her, and bring this woman to justice

This 'woman' could have easily caused dislocated limbs, Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) and even death.
