Closed Finance Road Fund License Through Fuel Tax

We the undersigned request that The Road Fund License fee be collected through a small increase in the Fuel Tax taken at the petrol pumps. This will mean that, the more fuel you use the more road tax you pay and also every foreign visitor who buys fuel in the UK will also pay for the upkeep of UK roads.
