Rejected petition Stop the BBC

The BBC haven't had the best reputation lately; the unveiling of Jimmy Savile being the highlight of 2012, and most recently they have threatened Bryon Myers 'with prison'.

Mr Myers worked for the BBC as the head of human resources, and discovered that a BBC manager was signing off payments to his girlfriends company, First Positions.

The story goes on about the BBC's lawyers sending him a letter about 'leaking' the story to the Daily Mail which lead to them attaching a form which went into detail about a prison sentence.

The BBC need stopping. We need to stop paying taxes which have anything to do with the BBC. Let them stand on their own feet and lets stop feeding this 'loophole' system for them.

I want the BBC to fund themselves, like any other publication does. What gives them the right?
