My Petition is that all Wills and Dying Declarations should, to be legally binding, be deposited or registered with a Central Registry of Wills, much as they are in other countries.
The present situation is that there is no security and no record that a Will has ever been made. As such, Wills can be lost, mislaid, and, in some cases, destroyed.
