Rejected petition EU Refurendum now (not in the next election)!!!

We the people demand a EU referendum before 2014 when the borders are opened to yet more immigration from Romania and Bulgaria, even though the national structure can't cope. EU regulation is responsible for shutting down our powerplants in april to raise our electric prices even more.
