At present only livestock, humans, cats & other dogs are protected by the law. This means that any dog can attact any other domestic pet in your home/garden & the owner WON'T be prosercuited.
These domestice pets that AREN'T protected are
Rabbits
Guinne pigs
Hamsters
gerbils.
Our domestice pets in our own gardens should be protected by the law from dangerous dogs. Imagine if an out of control dog came into your garden & killed your pet rabbit. You then phone the police only to be told they can not do anything about it because rabbits are not protcted by law.
All domestice pets should be protected by law from dangerous dogs.
