We the above signatories are against the delaying of a decision on a Third Runway at Heathrow Airport until the next Parliament. A third runway will have extensive economic, social and ecological ramifications for not only South West London, but everywhere under the flypath. We want all major parties to outline their position on this issue before the General Election in 2015. Subsequently we feel the House of Commons must hold a thorough debate on the topic so it can be addressed as soon as possible.
