Rejected petition No cash payout for benefits

More details

This a petition to stop benefits being paid out in cash. Instead of this I propose a card which is charge up at regular intervals. This card will be able restrict what the person spends their money on ie limits on cigarettes and alcohol. Also because no cash is given it would be impossible to use for drugs etc.
So the main is ensure that the money is spent on what it meant for ie food, clothing, rent etc.
