Closed petition Random Drug and Alcohol tests for MPs and Lords

I propose random drug and alcohol tests for those entrusted to lead this country, that is, Members of the House of Commons and House of Lords.

Those found to be above the drink-drive level for alcohol or taking non-prescription drugs to be asked to resign their position.

The tests will be applied randomly and only when an MP or Lord is in attendance and able to vote on legislation.
