Create multi-tier VAT to encourage purchase of British Made Goods and Services.

Keep 20% on Imported and Luxury Items
Create a lower VAT say 12.5% on Brtitish Made Goods.

This will increase revenues for UK companies, potentially reduce imports and has the potential to reduce unemployment as UK companies production increases due to volume.
